One must not seek 

To erase pain

To evade pain

Or to evict pain

We are obliged to accept that we must 

Embrace pain

Endure pain

Encounter pain

And experience pain

We earn our peace 

We ameliorate the negative effects of our pain

When we no longer seek to eliminate it

We cannot neglect our sorrow

We cannot abandon our calamity

Nor can we disregard the disesteem that pain has brought

We can no more shirk our pain than we can sidestep our responsibilities

There are always repercussions for the malingerer
